Bukit Tinggi

Bukit Tinggi is a hill resort located slightly further away from the more famous Genting Highlands. (That is, if we drive from Kuala Lumpur.) Run by Berjaya Group, it is also known as Berjaya Hills. I have known of Bukit Tinggi for many years, but it was only recently that I set foot on it…

At 3,500 feet above sea level, Bukit Tinggi is not as high as Genting Highlands or Cameron Highlands. On the plus side, it is less developed, and less crowded…

I shot this picture with CPL filter. It really made a difference…

Inside Japanese Garden

The Japanese Village of Bukit Tinggi is a bit disappointing. But the purpose I went there was to photograph model in traditional Japanese costumes. Stay tuned for the pictures of the beautiful model…

  1. The Colmar is an utter waste of time. Not much to see and the accommodation is exhorbitant.

I might be going this weekend. But visiting a friend's farm and then have dinner before heading home.

  5. I can see that the sky is bluer, and other colors seem more saturated. I am thinking of getting a neutral density filter for taking shots of flowing water with slow shutter speed under sunlight.

  6. I was there some years back and took just thirty minutes to complete the tour and then felt bored. Not much to see except to get the feel of a so-called French village. Not bad that part only. Love the third picture, the trees.

  7. I do not find Bkt Tinggi very interesting. Do they still charge the exorbitant entrance fee? OK, looking forward to pictures of your beautiful model : )

Btw, have "liked" your post ; )

I also doubt I will go there again, unless there is another kimono photo session.

I think you can do without ND filter on cloudy day.

  15. You know that you can adjust the saturation of the sky by turning the CPL and angle about 45 degree from the sun?

Looking forward o see your Japanese costume pics!

RM12 entrance fee is OK for me, but I doubt I will go there again, except for another photo session.
