盂兰节 vs. Halloween

爲甚麽中國文化在沒落,其實答案就在萬聖節和盂蘭節之間。外國的萬聖節一片歡愉,是小孩子的。中國的盂蘭節一片淒慘,永遠是屬於老人的。。。

香港作家陶杰在这里犯了两个错。第一:他把 Halloween 错误说成是万圣节。(请看我的旧贴 Halloween。)第二:在马来西亚和新加坡,庙会和乡团往往以舞台表演的方式庆祝盂兰节,甚至请性感美女助阵,一点都不凄惨。

不过,这种现代的盂兰节庆,仍然不属于小孩子,性感美女的演出,只怕也是小孩不宜。或许我们可以在每年的十月三十一日,也举办 Halloween 盛会,让我们的小孩欢乐度过。

    I think Halloween is popular in Singapore and Hong Kong. Just not sure why it is hardly celebrated here.

  5. I used to hate the idea of getting girls scantily clad to perform on stage during the event. It's like exploiting the women for the men's sake of enjoyment. Wtf... I'm a man myself!

  7. 喜不喜欢,商业考量趋势如此嘛。潮剧大戏没几个人看得懂咯。
    不过其实有免费秀看,歌手不必性感打扮也是有人捧场的。歌手爱作性感打扮,可能他们很热~~哇哈哈哈...
